Refund Policy

HOW OUR REFUNDING GOES.

  • If your order was incomplete: For our PCs, if you have received a damaged PC package or another PC that you didn't order, or if it is defective, we can send you a new PC of your order. 

  • How to Return: Our company's email will be listed in this part of the refund policy if you want to get a new thing, or need to get your actual order. We would also need you to keep the box in perfect condition, as we will need to see your order number to send the actual item or a fixed version of the PC.

  • Refund Method: Your money will be switched to your new or fixed PC, arriving around 5-7 business days. After we see the evidence of the order's number, the returned product is with us.

  • Exchanging: This is available when the returned item is with us and is good.

  • Shipping: The cover of your PC is shipped free of charge, unless the item is defective or damaged during the shipping process. You can always contact us if you need something other than a new PC or a replacement for your misplaced PC that was shipped incorrectly!
