                                                     Processing Time

  • Standardized PCs: These PCs will typically arrive around 2-5 business days. These PCs are available after you pay the money.

  • Customized PCs: Since these PCs aren't pre-built or built-to-order, these PCs will take around 7-10 business days. They would need to be tested and more to finally be shipped.

  • Special Orders/Backordered items: If your order is something that you have won because of something, our team will notify you when the shipment is ready and has been dropped off.

                                  Shipping Methods and Carriers​

  • We use official shipping brands like UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic and international shipments.

  • Your tracking number will be provided when you receive your order.

                                        Shipping Costs​

  • The size, weight, and destination calculate your shipping costs.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to specific products or order amounts.

                                                       Order Tracking

  • When your order is being shipped to you, the order's tracking information will be available to see.

  • You can monitor the shipping of the order that is being shipped to you.

                                     Shipping Restriction​

  • We right now don't ship with P.O boxes right now for bigger PC handling.

  • Certain international places may be restricted due to customs and carrier limitations.

                              Damaged or Lost Packages​

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide:

  • Photos of the box and PC

  • Your order number

  • If a package is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

                               Incorrect Shipping Address​

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

                                     International Shipping​

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only.
