  • "Services," this includes our offers of PC repairs, diagnostics, custom builds, and tech support. It also includes how we treat you outside and inside the website.

  • "Products," this includes things that we sell for our customers in and outside of the website like our starters, pros, and elites.

Usage of the website.     
By using this app you agree to not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Use the site to distribute malware or harmful content

  • Copy or misuse website content without permission

Products and Services.

  • Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change

  • Custom-built PCs are assembled according to customer-selected parts

  • Once a custom build has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible

  • Diagnostic fees may apply whether or not repairs are approved

  • Repair times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or third-party suppliers

Data & Backups 
Our customers are STRONGLY advised to back up all information and data that they put in before bringing in your device for service. ForgeOne isn't responsible for:

  • Data loss during repair, upgrades, or diagnostics

  • Corrupted or inaccessible files

  • Pre-existing hardware or software issues

Pricing and Payments.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is required before product delivery or service completion unless agreed in writing

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment

Returns & Refunds

Hardwares

  • Returns are accepted within 20 days if the item is unused and in original condition

  • Custom-built PCs and special orders may be non-refundable

Services​

  • Labor and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Warranties

  • New hardware may include manufacturer warranties.

  • Repair warranties, if offered, apply only to the specific work performed.

  • Warranties do not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeOne is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, income, or business

  • Issues caused by third-party software or hardware

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

Intellectual Property

Third-Party Software & Services

We may install or recommend third-party software. We are not responsible for:
